About the company

Serving the development and contracting community since 1993

Our astute founder, Levi Hagen, started out with a dream. To become the best of the best. He wanted to start his own development and contracting firm and to be the very best in the country. In following this passion, he started Hagen company back in 1982 because he was tired of all the stereotypical issues that you run into when trying to develop a property. Although he wanted to be the best, he also wanted a company that, despite its size, was still intent on listening, and doing what’s best for the client. This is what drove Mr. Hagen to start pooling investors, developing workflows, strategizing plans, and working towards a better future in development and contracting.

Along the way, there were of course ups and downs. In 1993, Hagan company almost went bankrupt because of several domestic issues, but Mr. Hagen quickly brought the company back to life with his streamlined and now revitalized strategy. He revolutionized the industry with his workflow and determination.
